1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using dripleague.gg (“the Site”), participating in Drip League competitions, or making purchases through our Pro Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or its services.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Discord Authentication. Accounts are created and authenticated exclusively through Discord OAuth. By registering, you authorize us to access basic Discord profile information (username, email, avatar) for account creation and identification purposes.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, manipulate standings, or gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent removal.
2.3 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your Discord account secure. Drip League is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Discord credentials.
3. League Participation
3.1 Eligibility. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
3.2 Fair Play. All participants must compete fairly and honestly. The following are prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent ban:
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized modifications
- Match fixing, stat manipulation, or intentional forfeiting to influence standings
- Impersonation of another player or team
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other participants
- Sharing or distributing offensive content through league channels
3.3 Stat Reporting. Team captains are responsible for accurate and timely match stat submissions. Intentionally submitting false statistics is grounds for disciplinary action.
3.4 Scheduling. Teams are expected to play matches at their scheduled times. Reschedule requests must follow the designated process. Failure to show for a scheduled match may result in a forfeit.
3.5 Roster Rules. Teams must adhere to the published roster cap and transfer rules for each season. Player movement between teams is subject to league approval.
3.6 Administrative Decisions. Drip League administrators reserve the right to make final rulings on disputes, disciplinary matters, and rule interpretations. All administrative decisions are final.
4. Pro Shop Purchases
4.1 Digital Products. Marketplace upgrades (Spotlight, Pro, Ultra) are digital services applied to your league profile. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.2 Ultra Tier. The Ultra tier is a one-time, lifetime account-level upgrade. It is non-transferable and tied to your account permanently.
4.3 Pricing. All prices are listed in USD. Drip League reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
4.4 Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely through WooPayments (powered by Stripe). Drip League does not store your full credit card information.
5. ARMA Merchandise
Merchandise displayed on the Pro Shop is sold through our affiliate partner, ARMA (arma.gg). When you click a merchandise link, you are redirected to ARMA’s website for browsing, checkout, and fulfillment. Drip League does not process merchandise orders, handle shipping, or manage returns for ARMA products. All merchandise transactions are governed by ARMA’s own terms and policies.
6. Content and Conduct
6.1 User Content. By submitting content to the Site (team names, player bios, Activision IDs, etc.), you grant Drip League a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with league operations, broadcasts, and promotional materials.
6.2 Content Standards. All user-submitted content is subject to our content filter. Content that is obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable will be removed and may result in account action.
6.3 Intellectual Property. The Drip League name, logo, design system, and original content are the property of Drip League. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability. Drip League is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or league services. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.
7.2 Third-Party Services. The Site integrates with third-party services including Discord, Activision, Stripe, and ARMA. Drip League is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
7.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip League and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in league activities.
8. Modifications
Drip League reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or our Discord server. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Termination
Drip League may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, league rules, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Any digital purchases tied to your account are forfeited upon termination for cause.
