5. Comments and Media
5.1 Comments. When visitors leave comments on News posts, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. Comments and their associated data are retained indefinitely so they can be recognized and approved automatically for future submissions.
5.2 Media Uploads. Users may upload profile photos or other images in the future. Uploaded files will be publicly accessible. Images may contain embedded metadata (EXIF data) such as location information. We recommend stripping metadata from images before uploading. Uploaded media is stored on our servers for as long as your account is active.
6. Analytics
We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to track user behavior. Basic server-level statistics may be collected by our hosting provider (LiteSpeed) for performance monitoring purposes. These statistics are anonymous and aggregated.

- Registration form submissions are retained in the WordPress database for the duration of your account
- League statistics are retained indefinitely as part of the league’s historical record
- Order records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance
- Server logs are retained for up to 3 months
- Redirect cookies expire automatically after 10 minutes
- Discord bot activity: daily message and voice counts are kept for up to about 400 days; totals such as XP, level, Coins and medals are kept while you are a member and after you leave, so they are there if you come back, unless you ask us to delete them (section 15.3).
- Support tickets: deleted a year after the ticket closes. A ban appeal email is deleted once the appeal reaches staff.
- Anonymous confessions: the private link to you is deleted after 30 days (90 if staff took action).

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data by viewing your player profile and account settings
- Update your profile information through the Player Dashboard
- Update your email address through the Shop Account settings
- Request deletion of your account by contacting us on Discord
- Request export of your personal data by contacting us on Discord

10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all Site traffic
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
- Discord OAuth for authentication (we never see or store your Discord password)
- Regular database maintenance and access controls
- Content filtering on user-submitted text
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that compromises personal information, we will:
- Investigate the scope and nature of the breach
- Notify affected users through our Discord server and/or email within a reasonable timeframe
- Take immediate steps to contain and remedy the breach
- Review and strengthen security measures as needed
12. Where Your Data Is Stored
The Site is hosted on servers located in the United States. Our Discord bot and its backups are run by service providers that may store data in the United States or other countries. If you use the Site or our Discord server from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
13. Automated Decision Making
We do not engage in automated decision making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on users. Content filtering (profanity checks) is applied to user-submitted text but does not affect account standing without human review.
14. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our Discord server are for people 13 and older (or the minimum age where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. Pro Shop purchases are for adults or with a parent’s permission. The Drip Weekly newsletter is 16 and older.
15. Our Discord Bot
Task Force Drip runs its own Discord bot (the Task Force Drip app) to power levels, games, the economy and the leaderboards in our server and on this Site. This section explains what the bot keeps, what other people can see, and your choices.
15.1 What the bot keeps
- Your Discord user ID, username and display name, so your stats follow you.
- Activity totals: XP and level; the number of messages you send (we keep counts and a short spam-check fingerprint, never your messages); minutes in voice channels (time only, never audio); reactions and Question of the Day votes that earn XP.
- Activity logs: daily counts of your messages and voice minutes, when you joined or left the server, and the social commands you use (like hugs and duels). Daily counts are kept for up to about 400 days.
- Game and economy records: Coins balance and history, Quick Draw and game results, Weekly Ops progress, Pick’em picks, check-in streaks, Season Pass progress, Launch Squad sign-ups (platform and time zone window), medals and shop purchases. Coins have no cash value and can’t be cashed out. Supporters receive bonus Coins as a perk.
- Things you choose to share: your birthday (month and day only, never the year) and its time zone, your Battle Buddy, duo pairings, LFG posts, and the profile settings you pick.
- Text you type into bot features (LFG notes, duo proposals, birthday card messages, loadout notes, clan names, pet names). It is stored and shown where you posted it.
- When you verify on the website, the answers you pick (interest, platform, time zone region).
- When you vote for us on a server list, that site tells us your Discord ID so we can reward you.
- Whether you hold a supporter role (DRIP+, DRIP PRO, DRIP ELITE, Server Booster, Twitch subscriber), so your perks apply. We never see your payment details. Discord and Twitch handle payment.
- Reports, tickets and appeals: if you report a message or open a ticket, we keep a copy of that message, your ticket and its replies so staff can act. Ticket messages are deleted a year after the ticket closes. An email you give for a ban appeal is deleted once the appeal reaches staff.
- Anonymous confessions are stored without your name. The private link between you and a confession is deleted after 30 days (90 if staff took action).
15.2 What other members can see
- Leaderboards and ranks in the server and at dripleague.gg/leaderboards: your name, level, rank and standings.
- Medals you earn, announced in the server, and a weekly medal digest.
- Your profile card when someone looks you up with the bot: your level, rank, medals, Coins, Season Pass, duo and Battle Buddy.
- If you play in Drip League, your player page shows your Discord username, so opponents can confirm who you are. This is part of league play and stays visible.
- Your birthday date when someone looks it up (month and day only; your time zone stays private), and a happy birthday post in the server on the day.
15.3 Your choices
- Hide yourself from the website leaderboards at any time with
/profile websiteboards: Hide my name in the server.
- Ask us to correct, export or delete your bot data. Open a ticket in our Discord server or message a moderator. Staff handle these requests by hand, and we aim to finish within a month. Deleting your data resets your level, Coins and medals, and can’t be undone.
- Remove your own birthday with
/birthday remove, and unlink Last.fm at any time.
15.4 When you leave
If you leave the server, you drop off our live leaderboards and listings automatically. Past records, such as champions and season results, keep your name. We keep your stats so they’re there if you come back, unless you ask us to delete them.
15.5 Sharing
We don’t sell bot data. It stays with services we run: our hosting, this Site, and our cloud storage, which keeps backups of the bot’s data and draws image cards. If you link Last.fm or post a TikTok or X link, that username or link goes to that service to fetch what you asked for. We don’t use analytics services or AI on member data. We follow Discord’s Developer Terms and Developer Policy.
15.6 Your profile page
- Every member who signs in to dripleague.gg gets a profile page. It is public by default, and you can hide it at any time from your dashboard or with
/profile websiteboards: Hide my name in the server. Hiding takes effect on your page right away and says “This profile is private”. The website leaderboards and our Discord boards follow within about 20 minutes. Making your profile public again also takes up to about 20 minutes.
- A profile can show your display name, your bio, platform and region, your level, rank and XP, your medals and your Quick Draw record. If you support Drip, it also shows your supporter tier label and supporter medals unless you turn them off.
- A profile never shows your Discord user ID, your email, your birthday, your Coins balance or your time zone.
- Search engines may list a profile only when it is public and has real content (a bio and some activity). Others are marked so search engines skip them.
- If you play on the Pubstar ladder, your profile also shows your ladder position, tier and win-loss record. That standing is already public on the ladder boards, and it stays there even if you hide your profile.
- If you leave the server, your profile stops showing automatically, usually within 15 minutes.
16. Server Logging Disclosure
Task Force Drip runs its own moderation logging for the Discord server. Staff-only logs record moderation-relevant events: message deletions and edits (including attachment details when available), role changes, member joins and leaves, voice channel joins, moves, and leaves, and automated moderation actions. Separately, when you report a message or open a ticket or appeal, the bot keeps the copies described in section 15.1.
What we do not log: direct messages, ever. Voice audio is never recorded; only the fact of joining, moving between, or leaving voice channels is logged. Nothing from before August 23, 2026 is logged.
Honest limits: Discord does not always identify who deleted a message, so some deletions are recorded as unattributed rather than guessed. The content of very old messages may be unavailable in a deletion record; the event is still logged.
Access is limited to the staff team. These logs exist for member safety and moderator accountability.
